Delaney Beam is a multidisciplinary strategist, partnership leader, and wellness advocate with a background in speech-language pathology, education, and marketing tech. She is the founder of Language of Intention, where she leads personal branding, PR, and community impact campaigns that merge identity, story, and strategy. Her portfolio includes collaborations with NFL athletes like Jordan Love, Krys Barnes, and Josh Reynolds on youth empowerment and corporate-sponsored initiatives, as well as serving as the inaugural Director of Strategic Brand Development for the University of Texas Women’s Basketball program. Her NIL frameworks center integrity, equity, impact, advocacy, and alignment—empowering athletes and athletic departments to maximize brand opportunities while protecting long-term identity and compliance. Currently, Delaney leads strategic growth and social selling at Idomoo, helping enterprise clients engage Gen Z audiences through storytelling and personalized video. She also created Strategy Studios, a Gen Z-focused consulting and coaching platform that bridges branding, marketing, and tech with professional and personal development. Outside of her professional roles, Delaney is deeply passionate about health and wellness. She is certified in yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, and integrates these practices into her work and life as tools for alignment, resilience, and sustainable growth.
