Your first visit is designed to be simple, welcoming, and seamless. From the moment you walk in, our team will guide you so you feel confident, comfortable, and fully supported.
1. Check In + Get Cleared
Stop by the front desk and we’ll confirm your paperwork and ensure you’re cleared for your selected therapies. If it’s your first visit, we’ll answer any questions and walk you through what to expect so you feel fully at ease.
2. Get Set Up
Our team will help you get comfortable and properly positioned for each therapy. We’ll explain session timing, settings, and any safety details and make sure you’re fully settled before your session begins.
3. Rest, Relax, or Work
This is your time. You’re welcome to work, watch TV, read, listen to a podcast, or simply relax. Some therapies include thoughtful touches — like a mineral mocktail in the sauna — to elevate your experience.

Do I need to be a patient to use the clinic?
Nope! ◡̈ We'd love to have you as a patient too, so you can have everything in one place, but no worries if you already have your healthcare team and you're just looking for wellness therapies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Same day late cancellations will be charged for the appointment, but anything cancelled before 24 hours is no charge.
Is this medical treatment?
Our wellness modalities are designed to support general wellness, recovery, and performance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is required for general wellness sessions.
Who should not use these therapies?
Certain modalities may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, have implanted medical devices, or specific medical conditions. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have concerns.
Do I need to book in advance?
No! We welcome walk-ins! ◡̈ But if you want to make sure that you do the therapies you want, we encourage to book ahead of time!
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! There is a 30-day notice for cancelling our wellness clinic memberships.
Is this different from patient care?
Yes. Our wellness clinic is separate from our patient care services. Clinic therapies are designed to support general wellness, recovery, and performance and do not replace medical care or individualized functional treatment plans.
If you are looking for testing, personalized protocols, or one-on-one practitioner guidance, that is part of our patient care services.
Can kids use these therapies?
Some therapies may be appropriate for children with parent or legal guardian consent. Because every child is different, we recommend reviewing specific therapies with our team before booking to ensure they are a good fit.
