Dr. Lahana Vigliano, DCN
Nuvitru was founded by Dr. Lahana Vigliano, a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition. She brings 11 years of experience in women's health, with a focus on hormone health, gut health, metabolic health and neurological function.
Dr. Lahana opened the Nuvitru clinic in January 2026 to give the Lake Travis community a different kind of care: one that takes time to understand the mechanisms behind your symptoms and explains them in plain language. She leads a team that includes a dietitian, in-house therapists and IV nurses.
