This Cookie Policy explains how Nuvitru Wellness LLC uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage, SDKs) on www.nuvitru.com.
5.1 What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, measure performance, and (with your consent where required) support marketing.
5.2 Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site to function — page delivery, security, load balancing, and consent-preference storage. These cannot be switched off through our banner.
- Performance / analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages visited, time on page, errors) so we can improve it. Our Site runs on HubSpot and uses Google Tag Manager to deploy analytics tags.
- Functionality cookies. Remember choices you make (such as language or region) to personalize your experience.
- Marketing / advertising cookies. Used to measure campaigns and, where deployed, to show relevant content on other platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok — corresponding to our social channels). We do not use advertising cookies or pixels on pages where doing so would disclose consumer health data, and we do not use your health information for targeted advertising.
5.3 Specific Technologies
We use only the technologies reasonably needed to operate, measure, and improve the Site and related services. These may include HubSpot for website, forms, CRM, and analytics; Google Tag Manager and analytics tools for measurement; Mangomint and Healthie for booking and client portal functions on their domains; payment processors for transactions; and email or SMS providers for communications you request. Marketing or advertising technologies, where used, are limited to non-health pages and are not used to sell or share consumer health data.
5.4 Your Choices
You can manage cookies by: using our cookie banner/preferences center (where available); adjusting browser settings to block or delete cookies; using opt-outs such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and the DAA's optout.aboutads.info(https://optout.aboutads.info); and enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor where required by law. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
5.5 More Information
Cookies that collect personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice. Questions: hello@nuvitru.com.
