These terms apply to dietary supplements purchased from or through Nuvitru Wellness LLC, including practitioner-grade supplements, personalized/compounded formulations, and products ordered through our third-party dispensary partners.
10.1 FDA Disclaimer
Statements about our supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplements are regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) and are not FDA-approved drugs.
10.2 Recommendations Are Personalized — Don't Share Them
Supplement protocols we recommend are based on your intake, labs, and goals. They are not appropriate for anyone else. Do not share your supplements or protocol with others, and do not exceed recommended amounts.
10.3 Safety
Consult your physician or pharmacist before taking any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive; take prescription medications (supplement–drug interactions are real — including with blood thinners, thyroid medication, antidepressants, and others); have a diagnosed medical condition; or are purchasing for a minor. Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction, and please report it to us at hello@nuvitru.com. Keep supplements out of reach of children.
10.4 Personalized / Compounded Formulations
Custom formulations are prepared for you based on your current information; keep your care team updated on health and medication changes that could affect your formulation. Because they are made to order, custom formulations are non-refundable (see §8.5).
10.5 Quality; Third-Party Products
We select practitioner-grade brands and dispensary partners that follow FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). For products manufactured by third parties, the manufacturer's labeling, warnings, and lot-specific information control, and product liability rests with the manufacturer to the extent provided by law. Always read the label before use.
10.6 Purchasing Through Dispensary Partners
Orders placed through third-party dispensaries (e.g., an online dispensary storefront) are contracts between you and that dispensary; their shipping, return, and privacy terms apply. Nuvitru may receive a commission or margin on such orders — we recommend products because they fit your protocol, and we will tell you about material relationships on request.
10.7 No Guarantee of Outcome
Supplements support wellness; they do not guarantee results. Individual responses vary.
