These SMS Terms govern text messaging programs operated by Nuvitru Wellness LLC.
12.1 Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Nuvitru at the mobile number you provide. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include: (a) care and account messages — appointment reminders and confirmations, portal notifications, lab-kit and order updates, and replies to your inquiries; and/or (b) marketing messages — promotions, event invitations, and wellness program announcements. Marketing texts are sent only with your prior express written consent, which is never a condition of purchasing any good or service.
12.2 Message Frequency, Rates
Message frequency varies (recurring messages; e.g., up to 4 marketing messages/month plus transactional messages related to your care). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12.3 Opting Out
Text STOP to any message to cancel (you may receive one final confirmation message). You may also opt out by emailing hello@nuvitru.com, calling (512) 501-2611, or telling any staff member — we honor opt-out requests made through any reasonable method, within the timeframe required by law. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional care messages unless you ask; opting out of all texts may mean you receive appointment reminders by email or phone instead.
12.4 Help
Text HELP for assistance, or contact hello@nuvitru.com / (512) 501-2611.
12.5 Your Number
You represent that you are the account holder (or have authority) for the mobile number provided and will notify us promptly if you change or release the number, so messages are not sent to a reassigned number.
12.6 Health Information via SMS
SMS is not a fully secure channel. We minimize health details in texts, but reminders may reference appointment types or our practice name. If you prefer not to receive any health-related context via SMS, tell us and we will use alternative channels. Never use SMS for emergencies or urgent clinical questions.
12.7 Privacy
Mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages.
12.8 Changes; Eligibility
We may update these SMS Terms and will post the current version here. You must be 18+ to opt in. The program is offered on U.S. carriers only; supported carriers may change without notice.
