Nuvitru Wellness LLC is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our standard. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. We work toward this through ongoing design reviews, accessibility-minded content practices (descriptive link text, alt text on meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, logical heading structure), and periodic audits of the Site.
Ongoing effort. Accessibility is a continuous process. Some content — including older blog posts, embedded third-party media, and documents provided by outside platforms — may not yet fully conform. We prioritize fixes based on impact and are actively remediating issues as we find them.
Third-party platforms. Some functions (client portal via Healthie, booking via Mangomint, payment processing, embedded video) are provided by third parties. While we choose vendors with accessibility in mind, we cannot fully control their conformance. If you have difficulty using a third-party feature, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.
Our physical clinic. Our Austin clinic at 3313 Ranch Road 620 S, Suite 200 strives to accommodate visitors with disabilities. Please contact us in advance of your visit if you have specific access needs so we can prepare.
Alternative access. If any part of our Site or services is difficult for you to use, we will gladly provide the information or service through an alternative method — by phone, email, or in person.
