Hope, waiting, and another negative test.
You track the days and notice every little change. Then your period arrives, and you are left holding the disappointment while everyone else seems to carry on.
For the questions, the waiting, and the hope you are still holding.

Trying to conceive can take up so much more than a few days on the calendar. It can fill your thoughts, shape your plans, and leave you wondering why something you want so deeply still feels out of reach.
You track the days and notice every little change. Then your period arrives, and you are left holding the disappointment while everyone else seems to carry on.
But you are still not pregnant. Being told there is no clear explanation can leave you frustrated, unheard, and unsure what questions to ask next.
If IVF is your next step, you want to give it every chance you can. You are looking for thoughtful support as you prepare, alongside the care of your fertility team.
We make room for your story and explore aspects of your health you may not have discussed in a typical fertility visit, including nutrition, digestion, and daily wellbeing. Our role is to offer thoughtful guidance and emotional support as you navigate what comes next.
You did not cause this by failing to do enough. This program supports your wellbeing alongside fertility care; it does not replace an infertility evaluation or guarantee pregnancy or IVF success.
Here is how your testing, practitioner visits, and clinic therapies fit together across three months.

Our interest in these therapies comes from the body processes involved in reproductive health: the stress response, brain signaling, oxidative balance, and cellular energy. Here is the rationale behind including them in supportive care.
When trying to conceive leaves you feeling stuck in fight-or-flight, this session makes space for relaxation.
The brain’s hypothalamus and pituitary help coordinate signals to the ovaries. Near-infrared light is being studied for brain function, which is why we take an interest in this approach.
Excess oxidative stress can damage cells, including eggs. Some human studies have found positive changes in oxidative-stress markers with hydrogen inhalation.
Egg cells contain many mitochondria and depend on their energy for maturation and early development. Red and near-infrared light have been studied for effects on mitochondrial activity in other settings; whether this treatment improves egg-cell function remains uncertain.
Research in other settings offers reasons to study these approaches, but benefits to body processes do not establish a fertility benefit. We offer them as complementary wellness support, not proven ways to improve egg quality, conception, or live-birth rates. Your practitioner should review suitability with your fertility team, especially during IVF or if you may be pregnant.
Includes the testing, six practitioner visits, Mira device, clinic therapies, and compounded supplement shown above.
