You start with a speciality lab and move into bi-weekly care. As your body responds, that data tells us what to do next, so the plan adjusts as you go instead of following a fixed script. Partway through, we use your second speciality lab to work through another layer of your health, often uncovering what the first lab didn't show. Throughout the four months, you have unlimited texting, support, and accountability, so nothing falls through the cracks between visits.
Essential is built for structure and clinical follow-through. Upgrade to Advanced for $399 per month and supplements are included, which can mean a compounded supplement built specifically for you, plus any additional bottles your labs point to.
