Melissa Vogel is a dynamic fitness coach with 20+ years in her field, a podcast
host, and mentor with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), which sets her
apart in the fitness world. Melissa brings a unique approach to her coaching,
helping clients not only achieve physical transformation but also overcome mental
and emotional barriers that often hold people back.
She knows firsthand that without making mental changes, physical results are hard
to sustain. Melissa empowers her clients to build strength from within, equipping
them with tools to thrive both mentally and physically. Her holistic, mindset-
focused approach is designed to create lasting change, helping clients reach
their fullest potential from the inside out.
As the host of the Bomb Life Podcast, she entertains many different speakers over
