Bio
Kaitlyn is the founder of Get Fit Fitness Studio. She is passionate about helping others find their fit through sustainable lifestyle changes. It is her top priority to teach functional fitness, where we focus on all realms of wellness, including exercise, nourishment, sleep and overall health. She discovered fitness in her early twenties when she started to lift weights, dove deeper into proper nourishment and wanted to learn all things health. She studied at the University of Central Florida, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Go Knights!! In addition, Kaitlyn is an ACE certified personal trainer and health coach.
