Why Signature Year

Most people collect labs and appointments. You get a system.

The work does not happen in one appointment. The value is in the sequence: test, interpret, implement, refine, and keep the full care team moving in the same direction.

01

Begin with a complete baseline

Month 1 opens with the full blood panel and the first specialty lab, creating the baseline for the year ahead.

02

Move through four lab checkpoints

The default sequence moves through gut, hormone, nutrient, and toxin testing in months 1, 4, 7, and 10.

03

Review, then implement

A scheduled doctor check-in follows each specialty lab, followed by a 45-minute dietitian visit to turn the findings into action.

04

Refresh the plan monthly

Your training protocol is refreshed each month while compounded supplement support and care-team messaging continue throughout the year.

05

Use each phase to shape the next

Peptide cycles, when clinically appropriate, and each new result are coordinated with the larger annual plan rather than handled in isolation.

Test, interpret, implement, refine
Everything has a role

One program. A full year of care.

Each inclusion supports the sequence. Testing informs the plan, the team helps put it into practice, and each quarter creates the next decision.

A mapped testing sequence

  • Month 1: Full blood panel and gut-focused specialty lab
  • Month 4: Hormone-focused specialty lab
  • Month 7: Nutrient-focused specialty lab
  • Month 10: Toxin-focused specialty lab
This is the default sequence. Your practitioner may adjust timing or select a more appropriate panel.

Scheduled reviews and implementation

  • Four scheduled doctor check-ins with Dr. Lahana after specialty lab milestones
  • Four 45-minute dietitian visits after those check-ins
  • Monthly training-protocol refreshes across all 12 months
  • Portal messaging with the dietitian and clinical team throughout the year
Separately booked functional medicine doctor appointments may carry an additional cost.

Supplement and peptide strategy

  • Personalized supplement protocol built from your labs and goals
  • A full year's program-defined compounded supplement supply
  • Up to six peptide cycles when clinically appropriate, with up to two single peptides or one combination per eligible cycle
  • Prescribing clinician review and protocol management for eligible peptide support
Exact compounds, quantities, timing, and eligibility are confirmed during enrollment and clinical review.

Continuity and coordination

  • Lab, scheduling, and supplement coordination
  • Austin clinic access layer or a defined virtual benefit
  • Priority next-step coordination when escalation is needed
  • Annual review and written next-year plan
This is coordinated annual care, not unlimited clinical or product access.

The timeline shows the default sequence. Your practitioner may adjust timing or testing based on your labs, goals, clinical fit, and availability.

For each eligible cycle, the program may support up to two single peptides or one combination peptide, at prescribing clinician discretion and within the terms confirmed at enrollment.

Scheduled program check-ins are shown above. Separately booked functional medicine doctor appointments may carry an additional cost.

The annual rhythm

Twelve months, one coordinated plan.

The month-by-month schedule becomes four connected phases, each using new information to shape what comes next.

Months 1 to 301

Gut and baseline phase

Complete the full blood panel and gut specialty lab, follow with a scheduled doctor check-in, then meet with your dietitian to translate the findings into the next plan.

  • Blood panel
  • Gut lab
  • Doctor check-in
  • Dietitian visit
Months 4 to 602

Hormone phase

Move into hormone-focused testing, review the new findings, and use the next dietitian visit to refine the active protocol.

  • Hormone lab
  • Doctor check-in
  • Dietitian visit
  • Monthly plan
Months 7 to 903

Nutrient phase

Use nutrient-focused testing to sharpen the plan, then connect the results to the next scheduled clinical and dietitian reviews.

  • Nutrient lab
  • Doctor check-in
  • Dietitian visit
  • Protocol refresh
Months 10 to 1204

Toxin and year-end phase

Complete toxin-focused testing, review the year with your care team, and use the final dietitian visit to prepare the next phase.

  • Toxin lab
  • Doctor check-in
  • Dietitian visit
  • Next-year plan
Throughout the year

Monthly training-protocol refreshes, program-defined supplement support, portal messaging, and clinically appropriate peptide coordination continue between milestone visits.

Your annual care team

Three roles. One shared rhythm.

Clinical decisions, real-life implementation, and the logistics around both stay connected instead of becoming separate workstreams for you to manage.

Clinical oversight

Dr. Lahana or an NP or MD

Owns quarterly interpretation, clinical review, escalation decisions, and medical oversight across the year.

01
Implementation

Nuvitru dietitian

Connects each clinical review to a 45-minute implementation visit and supports monthly nutrition, lifestyle, and training-plan refinement.

02
Coordination

Nuvitru care coordinator

Keeps labs, scheduling, reminders, supplement logistics, and next steps organized around the plan.

03
Two ways to join

In Austin or from home.

The annual structure stays intact. The location-specific benefit changes so the program fits how you will actually receive care.

  • You want supplement and peptide strategy coordinated with the larger plan.
  • You want a structured Austin or virtual care experience.

Signature Year is a disciplined annual program with a default testing sequence, scheduled visits, clinically guided product support, and defined care boundaries. It does not provide unlimited clinician access, supplements, peptides, testing, or clinic services.

Questions before you begin

A clear program should come with clear boundaries.

We will confirm your fit, location, exact inclusions, and program terms before enrollment.

Does everyone complete the same tests in the same order?

No. The page shows the default annual framework. Your practitioner may change the sequence or select a more appropriate panel based on your history, goals, prior results, and clinical needs.

Are supplements and peptides unlimited?

No. Signature Year includes a full year's program-defined compounded supplement supply and up to six scheduled peptide cycles when clinically appropriate. Each eligible cycle may support up to two single peptides or one combination peptide. Exact compounds, quantities, timing, and prescribing require clinical eligibility and are confirmed during enrollment and review.

Are additional doctor appointments included?

The month-by-month timeline shows the scheduled program check-ins. Separately booked functional medicine doctor appointments may carry an additional cost, which the team confirms before scheduling.

Can I join if I do not live in Austin?

The virtual program preserves the annual care structure through virtual sessions, remote lab coordination where available, and protocol and supplement coordination. Location-specific availability is confirmed before enrollment.

Why is the program structured for a full year?

The value comes from the sequence. Testing, interpretation, implementation, and refinement happen over time so each phase can respond to what came before it.
