Life feels different after a loss
You may be adjusting to the death of someone important to you, a changed relationship, or another meaningful loss.
Grief therapy
Loss can change familiar parts of life in ways that are hard to explain. Nuvitru therapists offer a place to talk, remember, and find support at a pace that respects your experience.

You may be adjusting to the death of someone important to you, a changed relationship, or another meaningful loss.
Sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, or moments of relief can be difficult to share, especially when others expect you to feel a certain way.
Routines, anniversaries, family roles, and decisions about the future can bring up feelings you did not anticipate.
Grief has no single timetable. Nuvitru therapists begin by listening to what the loss means to you, how you are coping, and what support would feel helpful.
Sessions can offer space for memories, difficult emotions, changing relationships, and practical ways to navigate everyday life. Your goals may change as your experience changes.
You can reach out soon after a loss or much later. If distress is intense, persistent, or making daily life difficult, your therapist can discuss whether additional assessment or a different level of support would help.

Hi, I am Ally Hoffman Scott, MA, LPC. My work is shaped by professional training and by my own lived experience with PCOS, mental health challenges, therapy, relationships, and the importance of steady support.
Healing is messy and human, so my approach is eclectic and person-centered. I integrate solution-focused work, attachment-informed care, neurofeedback, CRM, EMDR, and somatic practices based on what each person needs.
Together, we create a plan that helps you reconnect with your body, your nervous system, and your authentic self. I bring gentle challenge, practical tools, and space to slow down, tune in, and show up more fully.
